New Memories Await
World-Class Golf at Minnesota’s Golfing Mecca
For golf enthusiasts, Brainerd is a golf-lovers paradise, but Cragun’s stands out with its legendary offerings. The resort boasts two exquisite 18-hole courses: The Lehman and The Dutch. These courses, recently revamped through a $15 million investment by PGA Tour legend Tom Lehman, provide premier championship golf in a single location.
The Dutch 18 stretches 7,001 yards and features a Par 70 layout, complete with striking white sand bunkers, generous fairways and large greens. It provides a thrilling yet accessible challenge for all skill levels, culminating in a signature Par 5 over water near the clubhouse. This course is also the host of the CRMC Championship, a PGA TOUR Americas event that was honored as “Tournament of the Year” in 2023 and has showcased PGA TOUR winner Jake Knapp.
The Lehman 18, designed by Tom Lehman, spans 7,400 yards and navigates through a picturesque 1,000-acre wooded area, with distinctive stacked sod bunkers and views of Stephens Lake and other natural wetlands. It’s an essential experience for golfers in the Brainerd Lakes Area.
Looking ahead to 2025, Cragun’s Legacy Courses will expand by adding nine more holes to the Dutch course, which will be renamed the Dutch 27. This addition will allow guests to enjoy four distinct 18-hole combinations from one location. The resort also features a full-service clubhouse, a practice facility and a Par 3 short course ideal for families and beginners, making Cragun’s Legacy Courses a true haven for golfers.
