Destination Reunions is created for the people who bring reunions to life. If you’ve planned a gathering, worked with reunion groups or have helpful insight to share, we’d love to hear from you.

• • If you’ve planned a reunion: Share your experience with us. Whether it was a family, military, class or corporate reunion, your story can help other planners feel more prepared and inspired. Tell us what worked well, what surprised you, lessons you learned along the way, and anything you might do differently next time. You don’t need to be a professional writer—just bring your experience. Reach out to us and an editor will follow up.
  • If you work in the industry: We welcome helpful how-to articles and expert perspectives from venues, hotels, destination marketing organizations and other reunion professionals. Contributions typically range from 400 to 1,200 words and should focus on practical advice, planning insights or useful trends for reunion organizers. While we generally don’t publish promotional destination pieces or event announcements, we always welcome press releases as resources for future stories and trend coverage. Contact our editorial department to learn more.
  • What to expect: Our editorial team reviews every submission and will follow up when we see a potential fit, generally within two weeks. Contributions may be edited for length, clarity, style and accuracy. At this time, contributed content is unpaid, and submission does not guarantee publication.
